[CES 2020] TINTABLE introduced Ski Goggles with light and shade control with electrochrome lens technology

TINTABLE participated in the world's largest technology exhibition CES 2020 opening in Las Vegas on Jan. 7-10 to showcase its ski goggles with electrochrome lens technology.

Ski, a typical sport that can be enjoyed only in winter, is a sport that requires protective equipment. Among them, ski goggles are the most important equipment to protect the eyes and secure the view. But, since lenses for day and night are different, two separate goggles should be prepared.

TINTABLE's ski goggles are equipped with an electrochrome lens to adjust the brightness of the goggles through voltage, so the eyes are protected safely with one goggle day and night.

This technology is mainly used for windows and windshields for cars, but with the excellent optical power, low energy requirements, and complete solidification of electrochrome, optical products such as glasses, goggles, and visors have been created.

Electrochromic lenses have different colors depending on the material, but TINTABLE's lenses are shades of gray to create the effect of sunglasses, and users can customize the visible light from 70% to 20% to see the effect.
